How We Work and Where Responsibility Sits
Commercial Independence
We do not take hospital commissions. We charge a separate service fee for coordination, translation support, provider matching, scheduling, and travel support within the agreed scope.
Who You Pay
Hospital treatment fees are paid directly to the hospital. Our coordination fee is billed separately by us.
Itemized quotes can be provided before travel, and hospital billing remains separate from our coordination fee.
Doctors, Liability, and Advocacy
Doctor profiles on this website are representative examples of verified physicians within partner institutions. Final doctor assignment depends on specialty fit, availability, and the confirmed treatment plan.
Clinical responsibility remains with the treating hospital and licensed clinicians. We support patients with records, translations, and escalation coordination.
